About Taylor Kellar

Taylor Kellar was born in Aston, Pennsylvania and then shortly moved to the small town of Swedesboro, New Jersey. Growing up, Taylor participated in many afterschool activities, including soccer, lacrosse, pottery making, Girl Scouts... and the one that stuck: theatre. After playing Miss Adelaide in her middle school production of Guys and Dolls Jr., it was then Taylor decided that maybe pursuing a career in theatre arts was what she was meant to do. In 2018, she graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors degree in theatre performance. Throughout her time at Penn State, she was given opportunities to perform in shows including The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe and Mirror Mirror by Sarah Treem, and she also directed a production of The Rocky Horror Show for the Student Programming Association. Throughout her undergrad, she has been lucky to work with people like Julie Foh, Steve Broadnax III, J. Austin Eyer, Wendell Franklin, Eric Raymond Johnson, as well as an opportunity to study abroad in London and work with the Royal Court Theatre, Jennifer Wiltsie, Sharmila Chauhan, and others. In 2022, Taylor received her masters degree in Arts Administration from Rowan University.
